Myself and Gareth had the great pleasure of photographing Gillian and Stephens wedding yesterday. It was probably the most fun I`ve had at a wedding. Gillian and Stephen are two of the most fun loving, happy, laidback people you could hope to meet. Their lust for adventure and life is evident to see the way they organised the wedding and happily went along with our suggestions for photos.
After getting ready in the Royal Oak hotel in Betws y coed we headed of to Bryngwran on Anglesea for the church ceremony. It was even more special for them as Stephens father performed the ceremony for them. After that we headed back to Betws y coed with a short stop at the same location I shot their engagement photos. You can see their engagements photos here. I`m not entirely sure where this is but the mountain in the background is Trefan, and it`s REALLY high
The giant rock they are standing on is around 10ft high and Gillian had to kick off her expensive wedding shoes, hitch up her dress and scramble up it. How many brides would do that to get the shot they want eh?
Then it was a short drive back to betws y coed for the reception and speeches.
Anyway, enough chit chat, onto the pics. Here are just a couple of images from Gillian and Stephens big day. Please feel free to leave a message or comment at the end of this post (click “leave a comment).
