Wedding photography at Armathwaite Hall- Kathryn and Matthew got married

A short while ago I went on my travels and went up to the lake District for Kathryn and Matthew’s Armathwaite Hall wedding.

I drove up on the Friday and stayed in the beautiful town of Kendal, just so I could start work on Saturday morning all fresh faced and ready to go.

What a fantastic day it was.

Armathwaite Hall is pretty much the perfect wedding venue. A combination of the old hall with the new annex and it’s modern amenities.

Bassentwaite lake nestles beautifully in the distance, and we managed a quick trip down to it for a few bride and groom portraits.

The families were just so friendly and everyone looked like they had the best day.
