Weddings at Plas Maenan country house- Pippa and Lee got married

Weddings at Plas Maenan are just ace! I have known today’s bride Pippa for years, ever since since I started on the road of being a professional wedding photographer in North Wales really. Pippa is one of the top notch wedding cake suppliers in the area, and I have photographed her work for magazines and her own business website many times. Obviously Pippa made her own wedding cake and guest’s cupcakes 🙂

Pippa and Lee chose Plas Maenan country house for their wedding because of the beautiful location, exclusivity and the quality of the service and food. There are few places that can rival it.

As is customary in North Wales it rained hard in the morning of this wedding, but by early afternoon there was hardly a cloud in the sky and we were treated to a beautiful day in the Conwy Valley.

This always is a good thing for the bride and groom portraits, a bit of open shade and lovely light.

All in all it was a great wedding day.
