If Carlsberg did weddings….. Weddings at Hendre Hall would be the template!
What a day it was at Elinor and Nick’s wedding. I have never had a bride smile and laugh quite as much as Elinor did. It was her wedding day after all 🙂
She waited long enough to get Nick down the aisle and they made the absolute most of every minute of their wedding day.
The bridal party were getting ready in different houses in Beaumaris. The girls in one and the boys in another.
Everyone was completely relaxed and looking forward to a great day.
I popped round to see the boys and Elinor had arranged a bit of a surprise for her husband-to-be. It was only a mk2 E-Type Jaguar to take him to the church. What a stunner of a car it was. Supplied by Hilltop Classics.
The wedding ceremony was in St Mary’s church
The wedding ceremony was in St Mary’s church in Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. Yes that really is the name of the village. The longest place name in the world!
Nestled right on the banks of the Menai Straits it would have been rude not to go down to the shore for a couple of photos.
The wedding reception was in Hendre Hall, Tal y bont. I’ve not been there for a wedding since 2008 and it’s still lovely. If you want a cool barn wedding then you really won’t find anywhere better.
The amazing food there was supplied by a local company called Sauced Locally. A great selection and all cooked beautifully.
